On July 1, 1991, Ralph Rios decided he would dedicate himself to making a positive impact in the growing market of South Florida community living by opening the doors of Courtesy Property Management, Inc.

Motivated by a solid work ethic of honesty and integrity, combined with experience and expertise, Courtesy Property Management is dedicated to a high standard of quality community management at affordable costs.

Mr. Rios brings 16 years of experience having served as a Building Manager and Director of Property Management for two of Miami’s premier corporations. Courtesy Property Management started with six (6) properties in July 1991; by year’s end, the firm had grown to twelve (12). To date, Courtesy Property Management manages sixty-five (65) communities in Miami-Dade County. This phenomenal growth was achieved solely through referrals from Board Members, Attorneys, Accountants, and most important, the Homeowners we serve.

Courtesy Property Management has built its very own office complex - a place of business, which will reflect a well-maintained property - a reflection of who we are and what we do. This will give you, our clients, the opportunity to experience what we strive to do on and for your community. Courtesy Property Management opened its 5,000 square foot office building near Tamiami Airport in 1998. Complete with a large conference room, we will be able to offer our communities a place to conduct meetings, conferences, and much more.
